STH (south) is the newest wine in the family, sourced from the Derwent and Coal River Valley’s in southern Tasmania. 

From three different sites; Nocton and Brinktop in the Coal River Valley, and Kinvarra in the Derwent.  It is the most dark fruited of the sub regional releases, driven by the mature fruit from Nocton Vineyard.  It saw around 30% whole bunches in the blend overall, balancing the density and structure we find in these southern vineyards.  The most limited of the three new pinots.
