Primary fermentation in barrel w/ a blend of english ale yeast and two strains of brettanomyces for 8 weeks.
Packaged on May 29th 2022 and can conditioned for 10 weeks. Aromas of coffee, homemade chocolate & dried fruit. Notes of toffee & dark bread while presenting light & dry.
Refreshing yet flavourful.
A nice accompaniment to round out the Melbourne winter.
