Walking On Water is a West Coast style IPA. For this traditional Westy we've landed on Columbus in the kettle, Simcoe for the whirlpool addition, plus Chinook, Mosaic and Simcoe in the dry hop. The aromas are resinous and sticky with a hint of dank. On the palate is a clean and crisp beer, with a pronounced and upfront bitterness, which levels off to allow pine, orange citrus and resin shine through. At 6.6% we think this is the ideal West Coast IPA, perfectly balanced between resin and bitterness but with a drinkability that will allow you to still taste what you're having for dinner.
