Newstead Brown is a brand new Brown Ale that we've brewed to see off the last of the cooler weeks of the year. It's got a sweet, malty nose with hints of roasted barley, coffee, and chocolate and pours a clean cola coloured brown with light fluffy head. On the palate, we're working with a balanced combination of malt focused, mid-palate caramel and biscuit sweetness with a mild hop character bitterness on the palate. A slightly dry and moreish roasted barley bitter finish makes this one the perfect late winter sipper.
