New Tricks is our latest California IPA. Brewed for supreme drinkability and enjoyment. We're chasing super clean, but fruity, hoppy flavours. This baby is brewed and dry-hopped with Chinook, Mosaic and Amarillo. We go extra light and simple on the malt bill for these brews, keeping it lean for clean malt flavours that let the hops do the talking. We get fresh grapefruit, zesty orange and a subtle berry backend hit. Mix this together with a gentle bitterness and a dry and refreshing finish and you have an IPA that is made for sipping on all day.
