The Mirrors IPA series is a flavour experiment of three fresh and hazy IPAs. Brewed to showcase how the dry hop ratio alone can influence the overall profile of the beer. Each beer was brewed with the exact same recipe and process, apart from the dry-hopping volume. This IPA is dry hopped at 10 grams per litre with a blend of Citra, Galaxy and Motueka hops. The 10g/l iteration is a crushable and fruity delight. Light but bright notes of melon, lime, passionfruit and orange citrus fill the palate with a smooth and soft carbonation.
