Culaccino (Cool~uh~chino) is a collab we’ve made with some good Melbourne pals of ours from Capitano in Carlton. We’ve made an Italian Pilsner for them to pair perfectly with their epic menu of Italian eats.

We’ve dry-hopped this pilsner with a combination of Mandarina Bavaria and Hallertau Blanc. The colour is golden yellow, with a fluffy, ice cream-like head. On the nose we pickup subtle aromas of berry and citrus pith that hits you right before each sip. On the palate, we get light and delicate notes of tangerine, with a light hint of berries. The finish is super dry, with a snappy and refreshing bitterness rounding it all out.
