Clear Your Mind is a new California style IPA. California IPA's are a relatively new style to be recognised and we dig them. Similar to a West Coast IPA but with the bitterness and sticky resin dialled down. Expect a low-medium bitterness, with a clean and dry mouthfeel and plenty of zesty hop presence. This one is dry-hopped with the holy trinity of Simcoe, Mosaic and Citra Cryo because of course that's where we started. Dreamy notes of candied orange zest, mandarin and a hint of pine. The bitterness is low and the finish is clean, zesty and dry.
