A Czech Pilsener brewed to the ancient low dissolved oxygen method with noble hops, Boho malted barley, and a traditional Czech yeast. We've built our brewing water up from scratch to mimic the physical and spiritual home of the pilsener - Plzeň - from Czech Republic. Said aqua gives a perfectly clean base for the nuanced Bohemian hop profile, soft bready maltiness, and crisp refreshing finish to take centre stage. Best enjoyed with birthday celebrating parched friends.
