It's a chilled blend of 81% Pinot Noir and 19% Pinot Gris - designed to be enjoyed during warmer weather.

Sunbury Pinot Noir provides the backbone - juicy red berry flavours, a little bit of spice and bright acidity, while King Valley Pinot Gris fleshes it out, softens the palate and adds another fruit layer with pear and ginger in the mix.
