Lettuce Soup…WTF? Well, that’s exactly what DJ said to our production manager Danny during the US hop harvest earlier this year when Danny regaled DJ with stories of his travels. Apparently, Lettuce Soup is a local delicacy in Thailand, and Danny insists that it tastes pretty darn good. We’ll take Danny’s word for it…This beer is a tribute to his Lettuce soup. We have not used lettuce, but instead, generous additions of Citra, Motueka and Vic Secret hops, creating the vibrant flavours of freshly squeezed lime, clean pineapple and subtle herbal notes. We just hope you like it as much as Danny enjoys his warm Lettuce Soup.
