Our Advanced Hop Products Innovation Series is exploring how cutting edge hop technology is translated into hazy beer. Join us as we jump head first into testing flowable hop extracts from four different hop producers from around the world over the next four weeks.

For the science bit: The use of AHP achieves higher yields and more efficient brewing processes. Such concentrated extracts preserve a full spectrum of aromatic oils and compounds, delivering brighter hop flavor and aroma with improved stability and reduced oxidation.

For the flavour bit: The first beer of our series utilises a dry hop of 100% Citra YCH 805. YCH 805 is a highly concentrated trial hop oil extract from Yakima Chief Hops. YCH 805 Citra imparts a clean and bold aromatic profile bursting with mango, lime and grapefruit.
