Talus and Galaxy hops are combined in the boil and fermenter with to create this bright and fruity IPA burning with grapefruit, peach and passionfruit flavours with the healthy clean bitterness we are well known for. This beer had the unusual step of having Cascade thrown in at the mashing stage which helps release Thiols which aid in biotransformation and add layers and complexity to the finished beer!
