Sauvignon Blanc from the Mullens vineyard in Moonambel, Pyrenees Victoria. The vineyard has been dry-grown now for over 10 years on quartz, very minimal top soil. Cropped at 1.2 ton to the acre. Four picks over four weeks, all whole bunch pressed, straight to stainless to ferment with zero adds. Left on lees for 10 months.
