Aged in organic rye casks from Michigan, this whisky takes our distinctive, mountain-born single malt and pushes it into brighter, zestier territory. The rye drives a lively sweetness—spicy honeycomb, sharp citrus, baked apple still warm from the oven—before tapering out into a soft crackle of pepper across the finish.

It’s a release designed to shift expectations a little, to give loyal followers something new to smile about, and to offer first-time discoverers a glimpse of the creativity coming out of our Kinglake home of Mountain Ash and mist.
