This beer starts as a classic German Pilsner - German Pilsner malt, Saaz hops and a clean lager yeast. Then we dry hopped it with the 2025 crop of Motueka and Nectaron. It has a classic noble character you would expect from a traditional German Pilsner but then a punchy tropical and citrus aroma from the Motueka and Nectaron. Always one of our favourite styles to drink around here! Is it Spring yet!?
