Barrelworks was started with three prototypes and 48 oak barrels filled with dreams. As each year progressed it became evident that there were special barrels that stood apart from the rest, exhibiting refined Belgian Lambic-style characteristics. It is these unique barrels that are blended together to create Feral One. To commemorate our 7th trip around the sun, we blended to the softer spectrum of flavors we encounter from our oak barrels. Bright citrusy zest and underlying toasted marshmallow aromas lurk in the background. Mouthwatering acidity and soft tannins are punctuated by firm carbonation.
