Collab with Omnipollo. First brewed in sweden when we flew over with a suitcase full of Aussie & NZ hops to Omnipollo HQ. This IPA was crafted with the aim of perfectly balancing hops, yeast, malt & water. Too good not to share. A batch has now been brewed for the Australian market.
