A rosé made from some uncertfied organic Merlot and Shiraz from Willyabrup. A touch of skin contact then pressed straight to tank for ferment. Lots of bâttaonage to check in some mid-wieght texture, full malo, then racked off to settle. No additives, fining or filtration to bottle. Only minimal sulphur.
