This is a Cold IPA extensively dry-hopped both during and post-fermentation.

The first dry hop is at the start of fermentation making use of the impact that yeast has on the hops called biotransformation. The second dry hop is towards the end of fermentation layering on some tropical aromatics. The beer is then crash-chilled and centrifuged before the final hop addition. For this we are using a new liquid hop product from HPA called Spectrum.
