Greedy Cowboy is a Triple Dry-Hopped IPA brewed with our mates at One Drop in Sydney. This bad boy is a hop explosion that's like sniffing the freshest pile of hops, right off the farm. A deep haze with a super light colour pour out of the can with crazy aromas popping out thanks to a heavy heavy hit of Riwaka, Superdelic, Citra and Mosaic. The point of this style of beer is to push the boundaries of hop expression with exploring the flavours we can create with the freshest hops possible. Intensely saturating notes of passionfruit pulp, red berries, ripe stonefruit and pithy citrus crush come through in wave after wave. For the sheer volume of hops the bitterness is present but incredibly balanced and the finish leaves you well aware you just drank a Greedy TDH Cowboy.
