Cheesecake Factory is a brand new and quite ludicrous Imperial Pastry Sour. It's the brainchild of our brewer Sean and we're here to tell you that it absolutely slaps. We've taken an imperial sour base, soured it overnight with a yoghurt culture, then conditioned it on blueberry and lemon puree. Yes, it's a Blueberry Lemon Cheesecake in a beer. It's tart and tangy, while smooth and creamy at the same time. It's lavish, yet somehow also incredibly refreshing and satisfying.
