A real lager, the way lager should be. You know, actually lagered.

Each winter, our very own Harrison Long takes over the brew deck to craft a beer that reflects his style: considered, honest, and bloody delicious. This year, he’s gone Mediterranean — a straw-gold, full-bodied lager with a crisp bitterness that lingers just long enough to carry you through the longest of sessions (yep, even Eurovision).

While most lagers on the market are rushed to tank and out the door, we make sure that once a year we give them the tank time they deserve. This one was brewed on June 6th (with a spit-roasted lamb and a few helping hands from the sales team), and will rest for a full eight weeks in tank — developing clarity, depth, and that unmistakable clean finish you only get from proper lagering.

Carrying on the legacy of Coupla Days (2023 Czech Pilsner) and Rubber Arm (2024 German Pilsner), Haz’s 2025 edition stays true to tradition.... with a touch of that European holiday we wish we were on right now....
