Early Morning Ritual is a collaboration with our good friends at Semi-Pro Coffee in North Lakes QLD to put a twist on our classic Morning Ritual Stout. For this iteration of Ritual, we took our base recipe featuring toasted coconut, Tahitian vanilla and lactose, then added a single-origin natural process Colombian roasted by Semi-Pro. The coffee delivers notes of lychee, raspberry and honey, which pairs perfectly with coconut and vanilla in the base recipe. Early Morning Ritual is a whole new level of lushness and is the perfect beer to kick start your morning or night!
