JAM: Peach & Passionfruit is the latest in our ongoing Double-Fruited sour series. As always we've started with our house JAM base sour and then obilterated it with a double dose of Peach and Passionfruit. The palate hits with a super tart passionfruit punch up front that's sharp, juicy and refreshing before ripe peach rolls in to smooth things out. Peach brings a tropical, almost creamy roundness that balances the acidity and adds depth, keeping the sourness from becoming too aggressive. All in all a beautiful summer sour that will certainly pucker up your lips!
