Named after the legendary Frankfurt creature said to stalk the streets at night, Bahkauv is infamous for preying on those who’ve had one too many drinks — and with its high 8% ABV, it’s the kind of beer that might sneak up on you just the same.

Brewed on a crisp malt base of Certified Sustainable Pilsner Malt, Wheat Malt, and Chit Malt, this Imperial Passionfruit Berliner is a bold twist on a classic. Bright, tart, and juicy with passionfruit purée and Skyfarm Passionfruit Abstrax, it stays true to the Berliner style while cranking the fruit intensity and ABV up to legendary levels. Subtle Tetrahop adds a delicate balancing note, keeping the beer lively and refreshing.

Illustrated by the talented Clint Weaver (@PocketBeagles), the label brings the Bahkauv to life — a night-stalking legend, a tropical storm, and a true folklore beast.
