Floating On Green is a series which takes the techniques from our iconic Dripping In Green series and applies them to our Oat Cream IPA style. We push the boundaries of modern hopping techniques by adding in every form of a hop variety we can get our hands on. For this iteration we undoubtedly had to explore Citra in all its glory.

Double Floating On Green: Citra & Mosaic is an Oat Cream DIPA which we have packed with four different types of Citra and four different types of Mosaic product. We use a one-two punch of Citra and Mosaic in every stage of the brewing process to give a super saturating and luscious hop experience. We are absolutely in love with this beer (and these hops). The aroma is bursting with fleshy and vibrant notes of orange, with a hint of zesty lime. On the palate this beer is divine. Creamy orange sherbet, with hits of lychee, melon and succulent passionfruit. The mouthfeel will make you melt like butter, with an ultra low but somehow present bitterness. We're floating - and you can too.
