Count The Miles is a brand new West Coast Double IPA that we have saturated with NZ Cascade Amplifire, Chinook, Centennial and Amarillo. A classic US Westy combo with just a sprinkle of modern NZ hop technology. In the glass it pours a stunning light yellow colour with an exquisite clarity thanks to a lean and crispy malt bill that is predominantly pilsner malt. Pineapple and pine dominate the aromas with a distinctive citrus whiff as well. Take a sip and you'll cop a wave of nostalgia with oozy resin, crispy pine, pithy citrus and and a snappy and balanced bitterness the whole way through. The lean body allows the hops to do all the work, and leaving nothing but a bitter citrus kick behind. Count em up and knock em down.
