We were lucky enough to host our mate Bartek from Poland’s legendary Pinta Brewing recently. After navigating his way across the seas to our humble shores, he made the trek to the Blue Mountains to mash in a special collaboration.

The result is a crisp, ultra-modern West Coast Pilsner that marries old-world tradition with our obsession for cutting-edge hop technology. We started with a clean, snappy base and layered in classic Saaz hops for that intricate, earthy spice European brewers have mastered for centuries. Then, we hit it with an expressive dry-hop of Citra, Centennial, and Simcoe HyperBoost.

Expect intense aromas of bright grapefruit, lime zest, and tropical fruits, balanced perfectly by a resinous pine backbone. It delivers a massive, punchy flavour profile before wrapping up with an incredibly clean, snappy finish.
