For this galactic Red IPA, our brewers selected some newer US hop varieties – Cashmere, Mosaic & Strata – alongside an old classic, Chinook, which bring the punchy fruity notes. The firm bitterness has a nice resinous quality and flavourful malts bring background chewy toffee and dark fruit. The 'Red X' German malt does a lot of the heavy lifting – and creates a lovely red hue.
