Resting My Eyes is fluffy indulgence in liquid form. Late last year, we had the absolute pleasure of hosting the legends from Altitude at Jindong and brewing this beauty side by side. Collaborating on the recipe was a blast, and from that, we trialed a new method of dip-hopping with Idaho 7 Dynaboost that we hadn’t done before. The result? Pure, pillowy magic.

Loaded to the gills with oats and wheat for a ridiculously soft, creamy body, and finished with just enough bitterness to keep things interesting.
