For us, citrusy yuzu represents the facets of Japanese flavour that we love the most.

We're excited to present it along with our fresh and tasty natural pilsner! Carefully cold-lagered at 0°C for 6 weeks+ and LOADED with fresh yuzu peel and juice throughout the brewing process. 

The delicate, floral flavours of our natural pilsner balance beautifully with the tart, acidic citrus of yuzu with its sweet mandarin-like notes.
