Seaside is a beer we've brewed to celebrate the soon-to-be opening of their new Melbourne haunt, Pearl Diver. We've whipped up our first ever Gose for our pals at Pearl Diver to pair with their finest selection of oysters. Seaside is a Gose-style sour beer, conditioned on fresh lime and tangerine with an addition of Tasmanian sea salt. It is infinitely crushable due to the refreshing zest of the fruit, combined with the dry and savoury salinity. So good on a warm day by the pool, or enjoying some fresh oysters at Pearl Diver.
