For our 8th birthday, we’ve decided to throw the best damn party little 8 year old us would lose our minds about. Allow us to introduce you to our Imperial Pastry Stout.

Sundae is a brand new Imperial Pastry Stout, brewed especially to celebrate Range turning eight! We have absolutely layered this stout base with a borderline silly amount of vanilla, cacao, lactose and of course a considerable dosing of actual Oreo's into the mash. What we have ourselves here is the perfect dessert to perfectly wrap up an otherwise all out hoppy meal of beers. There's no denying this is a big, bold and serious stout, but for what it brings in those areas, it's balanced out with a playful and naughty dessert energy. Roasted malt and a huge hit of chocolate cookie dominate the front palate, with a thiccc and slick mouthfeel to remind you of this beers presence. That then leads into a creamy vanilla hit with a sundae sweetness and creaminess to perfectly balance out the roast and choccy hit of the front palate. Unlike your regular sundae treat, take it slow, let it warm and let the flavours develop and just keep on hitting.
