The Mirrors IPA series is a flavour experiment of three fresh and hazy IPAs. Brewed to showcase how the dry hop ratio alone can influence the overall profile of the beer. Each beer was brewed with the exact same recipe and process, apart from the dry-hopping volume. This TRIPLE dry-hopped IPA is dry hopped at 30 grams per litre with a blend of Citra, Galaxy and Motueka hops. The 30g/l iteration is an out of this world hop experience. Pungent notes of melon, lime, passionfruit and orange citrus saturate the palate to bring wave after wave of dense hop explosion. The aromas on this one are mesmerising with Citra just plain showing off. Mirrors III has a noticeable thick and juicy haze that will linger beautifully after each sip.
