We’ve left the best for last for the final Imperial Stout of our 2025 Stout Series. The adjuncts have been packed away for another year and we’ve brewed an Imperial Stout in its purest form. A beer that we dreamt up during our first Blue Mountains Winter and codenamed Stardust.

Presenting our Imperial Stout version of Moon Dust, our celebrated core stout that was the second beer ever brewed in Mountain Culture’s Katoomba home and remains a cult favourite to this day.
We’ve taken all of the smooth coffee and chocolatey goodness of our beloved Moon Dust and, well basically, just doubled it.
