Molly Rose's Not Wasted series of beers that sees them utilise ingredients from like-minded producers continues with Blanche. Here, they've brewed a Belgian style witbier with bitter curaçao from Marionette alongside coriander seed, as found in traditional offerings from the other side of the planet.

Presumably the name is a nod to the classic Blanche de Namur from Brasserie Du Bocq, although the Collingwood-brewed version veers visually towards a deeper orange hue while sharing its snow white head. Aromas are of soft gentle, sweetly-spiced, creamy citrus, which leads into texture that's smooth as. There are hints of stonefruit to taste, the overall experience reminiscent of a Weis bar, albeit more subtle.
