Every year we get hold of fresh hops from Rostrevor Hop Farms and make a Single Malt and Single Hop (SMaSH) beer to showcase the delicate flavours of unprocessed green hops. This beer uses the Vic Secret hop.

The grain and recipe is the same for every King River Brewing Wet Hopped beer, with only the steeping addition Green Hops the difference. This allows the taster to really get the difference these hops bring to the party and is a great way for any beer lover to understand the delicate balance of hops and malt that goes into our beer.

There is a rich backbone of 100% Vienna Malt from Voyager Craft Malts in every beer to balance the hop oils and bitterness too.
