13 Angry Scorpions Grim delivers itself in 3 stages - sweet, naughty, grim. You get stage one which is a layer of sweet thanks to the molasses and sugar. Stage 2 is the naughty sharpness of vinegar and then stage 3 is the grim, courtesy of our friend the Carolina Reaper.

For those not familiar with the Carolina Reaper it delivers a burn from the roof of your mouth to the pit of your stomach and this definitely the case with this sauce, it just takes a few seconds to hit thanks to stage 1 and 2.

That little bit of sweetness on the sauce makes it a great addition to both parts of bangers and mash.
