In true Rocky Ridge style this beer unleashes a world ending amount of hops with the brew crew throwing in a full litre of Idaho 7 Dynaboost per turn, and in the spirit of experimentation we've used a new mix of Krush and Dolcita hops for the very first time. The result is a solar flare of tropical fruit gripped by layers of dankness and a mid-palate bitterness that bites before settling into a long, satisfying finish. Certified sustainable Pilsner malt from Tolga Farm and wheat malt provide a clean, springboard base for Rakau, Krush Hyperboost and Rakau SubZero Hop Kief to let the aroma and flavour run wild.
