For those Bodriggy diehard's who polished off the few kegs we made of this last year and you've come to from your coconut flavour coma, you'll be extremely happy to see this back in a take home canister. A monsterous Imperial stout that is indulgent as they come. We started with a rich, robust 8% imperial stout base, then we circulate 80kgs of coconuts (that we roasted ourselves in our kitchen, bon appetit), an small person worth of oranges and a kitchen pantry's worth of vanilla beans. The result is a sumptous, hedonistic Stout that reminds me of Bounty Bars. Its definitely coconutty, but with some real milk chocolate notes. The oranges just flutter over the top, kind of like a Brett Burton speccy. There is some nice savoury malt flavour behind this dessert-like front palate that keeps it drinkable. A great substitute for dessert, or have this with dessert, or just replace all meals with dessert and you can have this all time. I'll leave it up to you.
