We’ve done it – eight trips around the sun!

To celebrate, we’ve taken everything we’ve learned and all our favourite ingredients to create a liquid birthday cake that well and truly packs a punch!

Ross put his foot down this year – only one extra-special 8% Hazy IPA for our birthday bash. 

So, we raided the top hop shelf and threw every buzzword we could find at it: CryoPop, Dynaboost, Amplifire, Lupomaxx, Quantum Flowable Brite (yep, that last one’s real!). All backed by a world-class lineup of malts to give this hoptastic rave the spine it needs to stay masterfully balanced.

We named this beast Ouroboros, after the mythological dragon devouring its own tail – a symbol of the eternal cycle and infinity, found in cultures around the world. It feels especially fitting because we’ve got no plans to stop brewing anytime soon.

Massive shoutout to our long-time artist Ethan (@Artstinkink) for his badass Qiulong-inspired take on the Ouroboros.

Get ready to be hit with waves of passionfruit, pineapple, melon, gooseberry, spice… the list goes on. Long story short, it’s a full-blown hop assault on the senses!
