From the Freestyle Farm in Sunrise Valley in the Upper Moutere, we travel across the pacific to America's Yakima Valley for our second hop harvest collaboration with East Coast brewing legends Trillium.

Yakima Valley features a hop-free boil, and a massive dry-hop hand selected Mosaic & Citra which combine to create a giant juicy, hazy homage to the hop growing mecca of the Yakima Valley

When it was first brewed, this hop-free boil and heavy dry hop was considered a 'radical' technique for both Trillium and Garage Project, but over the years - through the rebrews, and the new drops - it's proven to an integral element of Valley terroir.
