Pouring a bright golden hue, this Westy has been filled to the brim with fresh hops both hot side and cold. So much that we actually found our limit with stuffing NZ Pacifica, Centennial and Mosaic in the whirlpool vessel, to the point the we lost liquid for hop intensity (quality over quantity ya dig).

Once left to gently and slowing ferment out, copious amounts of Riwaka, NZ Pacifica and Mosaic were dry hopped into the fermenter.

We are now left with a crisp, bright and extremely tropical brew begging for another sip.

Expect punches of orange rind, passion fruit, grapefruit zest, sweet kumquot and overripe mango.

A light piny bitterness keeps all aspects in check for an IPA you can keep coming back to.
